Default C3 production numbers

I am shopping for a C3 and I really would prefer the 4 spd. Does anyone know where I can find the production numbers that show auto and 4 speed numbers? I searched online and didnt come up with that specific number.

Towards the bottom of the pages on this site they list percentages under the header " Historical notes"
At the very bottom of the page you can pick the year you'd like to check.

I guess your right, I only checked a couple years and the percentages were listed. I figured they all were. Just checked the '76 and nothing.

Since 1975 was the last year for the C3 convertible, all 1976 models were coupes and according to my copy of "Corvette Black Book" there were 46,558 produced. Standard equipment was the 4 speed wide ratio transmission, however, 2088 buyers opted for the M21 close ratio 4speed and 36,625 buyers opted for the M40 Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission.
Hope this helps
Regards
Roy

1976 production 46,558
M21 4 speed close ratio manual 2,088
M40 Auto 36,625
Base 4 speed wide ratio manual 7,845
This is from the "Corvette Black Book"
looks like Roy and I were on the same page. Great minds think alike.

I saw some site with production numbers that showed t-tops as an option but I thought all C3s had t-tops that weren't convertibles
