Thanks Larry I have been kicking the idea around as to what has to go my Vette or my house. HA! The mortgage is killing me and it's now worth less than I owe. (re-buy 2 yrs ago w/ divorce) Man this housing thing is crazy. Thats another subject. Anyhow, my house is on the market as of yesterday and I think when I downsize the Vette & cat are coming with. I can't cut this thing up, too many hours with her alone in the garage and she has always treated me reo nice never, ever didnt start, always predictable & trustworthy, never ragged at me, never complained about nothing. What else can I say that about?? Hmmmm, nuttin!

You can sleep in your car but you can't drive your house

HA! I like that, you know, a Guy does have to keep his priorities straight. My boys are older now & I think downsizing will be nice. Mixed feelings but I didnt build the house but I did build the Vette so I guess I answered my own question of what to do. Thanks Guys for the kind comments and the help making a tuff decision.

Keeping the car is the right decision, things always work out for those that wait.

Your car is amazing. Everything!!

I think you'll find the right buyer if you keep it up for sale and circulate it. In the meanwhile, try to enjoy driving it, starting tomorrow.

Default Good news

Glad to hear that you should be able to keep your car as I fully understand the work it takes to get to the condtion she is in. If your anything like me you would no doubt regret selling for many many yrs to come, as I've been there done that. It's been over 10 yrs since I sold my restored 69 GMC 4x4 and I still miss it . I hope I never have to sell my vette .
