Why? i have had mine for 6 years and im wery happy with them.
I ran a dual 2,5" exhaust on mine before and i have the same power with the patriots.
I ran the same time on the local dragstrip.
Of course if you have 500hp they are abit restrictive but for the price the are great
How do you like them? i got them for my car and i cant wait to get them on but sadly i dont have my car back yet, i think they are putting them on for my though. Do they sounds good, and about how loud are they once they are broken in (which yours must be)? Is there any way to get sound clip from yours? I have a '74 vette too.
I've seen it metioned on previous posts to stay away from the patriot side pipes..........
They sit too low to the ground and will drag on everything unless you have a heavier spring. The chrome is junk. Will rust unless you make it a full time job cleaning and waxing.
Someone here already addressed the mounting issue which is documented on the forum. By moving the mounts to the side of the frame, they don't hang any lower than any other.
Its the 4 into 1 patriots i have on mine,6 years and no rust on them yet so im happy.
They sound great also,i dont have any soundclip but i could make one

If its not too much trouble could you make a clip or video of the pipes? I bought the patriot pipes and I am having them put on my car but i dont have it back yet and although i have watched some videos i would like another sound clip to give another perspective of what they are going to sounds like once broken in.
Wow, Thank you so much! They do sound great, they have a really good tone with the perfect amount of sound. I cant wait to get my car back with them on now
