I want to get the right one that will give me all the info I need. One is 428 pages, and the other is 75. Is there a different one out there I should look at instead?
You want the longer one, however as far as I know the Corvette America one is a complete manual just like the other one. It weighs 2 lbs according to the ad.

AIMs are considerably longer than 75 pages. Pass on that one.
You can get AIMs on CD, but I prefer the hard copy.
AIMs are great references, but they will not give you "all the info" you will want/need. Purchase the GM chassis service manual while you're at it. If you do not have an owner's manual, get one of those, too.
The owner's manual is a nice thing to have, but I don't believe there is any info in there that is not in the Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual. But it may be easier to find in the Owner's manual. All are very good reference sources for a DIY C3 guy/gal.
