Default Cove insert behind front wheels need fixed

How do I tighten these one on passenger side is hanging out of the cove 71 vette

Hi M,
I think you're asking about the side 'egg-crate' grill.
There are 2 oval headed, chrome plated, philips screws that insert through 2 small holes in the top of the grill. One is in the upper front corner and the other is about 2/3s of the way back. There are 2 j-nuts that clip to the fiberglass for the screws to tighten in to.
The grill also has 1 stud protruding from its bottom edge that slips into a small bracket in the fiberglass. A nut tightens the stud in place. The splash shield below the frame in that area needs to be removed to have easy access to the nut.
Easy Fix!

Alan, you are the greatest, perfect information and good thing too, both top bolts were gone I think from the repaint 3 years ago almost lost it, thanks again!!?,
