Remote start switch ??
I just found my old mechanics remote push button start switch.
I has 2 alligator clips.
I cannot remember how to clip it up to the starter to bump the engine over when I am working.
Anyone know ??

Connect one clip to the large terminal at the starter solenoid(the one with the positive battery cable)
The other clip lands on the small S terminal at the solenoid.

Thanks DZRick....I thought so but was not sure. I could have tried a few combinations but didn't want to short out something!

The S terminal is of course the hardest one to get to,closest to the block.
I painted my alligator clips with liquid black rubber tape so the alligator clips don't short against ground as easily.
Careful - don't let the sparks fly !
