Someone tell me these aren't going to sell!
The blue one says "NOS" but is painted blue with some primer spots on it. How many 69's were actually ordered with sidepipes?

Blue one says it has a "light coat of PPG primer." Blue primer?

OK, help me out. I always thought "NOS" meant New Old Stock or New Original Stock. How can it be described as NOS if it's also described as "used"? Or is that the whole point here - I don't think too clearly at this ungodly hour!

Yes.
The entire side pipe option was available over the counter if you wanted to fork over the cash.
