Depending on how the upper radiator hose is routed, it could create some interference with that hose. Outside of that, I can't think of any issues you might run into.
You may have problems with the alt arm. I had to use some Summit alternator brackets to get my setup working. You'll at least have to get a longer belt. Before you order any parts, make sure you put the VCs on and see if current bracket/belt works, measure, then order what you need. That was the only issue I had.

On my 71 I had to use a longer alternator belt. I was already using a 75 bracket because of headers.
