Head light question
I'm 28 years old and just became a proud owner of my 1st corvette. I traded an 88 IROC for this 77 vette a few days ago that is in really good shape but needs a little tlc from sitting in a garage for 3 years. It has 76,076 miles and besides wheels radio and a paint job it is completely stock, air cleaner to oil pan, ac to tail lights. I'm currently changing calipers on front, tried to rebuild them to keep originality but cylinders were too pitted to even hone out. My question is the head lights turn on but wont pop up, I'm new to this type of problem but I'm sure I'm not the first person with this problem. My dad had a 57 and a 71 years ago but he lives 650 miles away and he cant help figure it out obviously so i hope someone has some advise that has had this problem cause I would like to be able to cruise it at night some. Thanks for any info you may have

Opening and closing of the headlight doors is 100% vacuum. You need to trouble shoot the vacuum system.
