1977dome light help needed
Hello,
I just started looking at what it will take to tighten the tilt/telescoping colums. Had the horn assembly and whhel off sown to where you need a puller to remove the hub. Reinstalled everything but noticed my dome lights dont turn on when the doors are open any more. They do light when I turn the headlight switch.
I have read some posts about timer relays etc. but was hoping somebody could shed some light about where to start first. As always, thanks for any help.

more to question
when I pulled the dome light down and put a test light on the wires this is what I get:
Both wires have power when the headlight **** is turned so that the dome lamp is OFF
only one wire has power when the headlight **** is turned to the dome lamp ON POSITION
Does this sound normal?
I Also verified that the door switches were getting a good ground when the doors are open.
