Default headman header difference

I was wondering if someone could help me figure out the difference in the various sets of Headman Headers out there. They list multiple different part numbers that will fit my car but they have the exact same description and dimensions but the price range goes from 300ish to 600ish. I was looking at sending a set to jet hot so I was researching the steel painted ones. They have part # 68090 listing for an average of 200 bucks, there there is part # 68091 listing for 400 bucks and then part # 68097 also for 400 bucks. All three part numbers have the same primary and collector size, same dimensions, same ball and socket mounting, same flange thickness everything so whats the difference. I sent an email to Headman a week ago and no response I figured I would ask here.

looks like 68090 is the base model and the other two offer some sort of emmissions legality. hedman i have found often charges more for that, they certainly charge more for integal air tubes as found in 68091

68090:
1. Without smog injection or injection heads.
208. Due to clyinder heads (aluminum) generation 6 engines, 502 BB Chevy will have clearance problems on some applications. Bottom of hedder flanges may hit head bolts. Notching may be necessary.
25. Engine swap, all parts must be factory stock.
45. Not legal for sale or use in California on pollution controlled motor vehicles.
6. Modification to stock exhaust required to retain catalytic converter.

68091:

F. For vehicles 1964 through 1974 with A.I.R. system, considered as O.E.M. replacement parts and do not require an E.O. #, when existing emission controls are not removed from vehicle.
G. 1975-1976 only, 50 state legal for these years only.


68097:
