Default 73 Courtesy Light(s)

I have a question on the proper location of the Passenger Side Courtesy Light mount. The AIM has it located on the top of the kick panel. Can any '73 owner confirm that location?

Mine is screwed into the A/C plenum - about middle of the passenger side (hidden behind the map pocket assy, of course). Just below the A/C ducting...

Will check my 73 when I get home but I believe the light comes on behind the kick panel.

I was wrong, mine is also located under the dash about in the middle of the map pocket.

This is a kick panel out of a "73". I circled the spot were the light goes.
