Guess what I just noticed....the buyer INSURED the return shipment for $300!!!!!
WHY would he insure a dash pad that is completely destroyed?? Only the SENDER can recieve any monetary settlement from the post office...(HIM)

since he resides in a different country small claims court may be difficult. i got a police report today as required by payal. the officer told me he is a muscle car nut and was not happy to see the dash (or what is left of it)........he knew exactly what happended.
