Default Does your C3 have a rare factory option(s)???

If so, what are they??? My '68 has option U15 - speed warning indicator - $10.55 option in '68 - 3453 cars out of 28566 had it (12%)

Damn - I wish it had RPO L88 listed on the tank sticker!!!

My 68 was a 427 car, ordered with the speed warning also, a tele wheel and a transistor ignition. Not original pb or ps, was put in later.

My Plain Jane 68 L36 Roadster has an AM/FM Stereo. Does that count?

My car doesn't really have any rare options, but an unusual mix of options...and I have the tank sticker, window sticker and sales invoice to back it up:

convertible
hard and soft tops
L71 427/435 engine
4.11 rear axle ratio
power windows
manual steering
P02 Deluxe wheel covers
tinted glass
power brakes
telt/tele wheel

It's not that any of these are unusual in and of themselves, it just seems strange to have the big engine along with the 4.11 gears and no power steering for out and out performance with more or less luxury items like power windows and those heavy P02 wheel covers. They just don't seem to go together.

Default My 79 L48

I would like to think of this Vette being somewhat rare, being that they only made 4,062 with the MM4 Trans out of a production of 53,807.. The only thing that could have made it even better would have been an L82 under the hood, but I'm pretty satisfied.

It's funny that the original buyer didn't opt for the tele wheel or the headrests. The A/C I could understand.

Black with saddle interior - interesting and very nice I imagine not too many like that out there.

I'm still looking for a bright blue metallic '81. Don't really care what else is on the car.

That's a really nicely optioned car

My 73 convertible came with the optional shoulder belts, a surprisingly rare option. Not sure if they were original or not.

One of 279 cars built in 1975 with option C08, vinyl covered hardtop.
One of 646 cars built with optional shoulder belts (std on coupes, optional on verts).

Also, I have never seen another '75 vert with a rear window defogger.

RPO A85 (custom shoulder belts for convertibles) was 788 units in 1973 and 618 in 1974.
