They are American Racing TTIIs. I do not like chrome or a lot of bling on mine so I painted the spokes gray. The Torque Thrust Ds are gray spokes. I don't think the Ds were available in 18s at the time I did mine. Everyone has different taste. I just wanted something a little different.

Here is 73jst4fun his 73 car with 17/18 combo without the gray centers

There are so many wheels out there you should try to narrow your search. Do you want late model OEM wheels with adapters or do you want something current or do like the retro look? What's your price range? Do a search in this forum using "17s". You will find lots of threads with loads of pictures. Total budget will help determine what you should be looking at. Then it makes it much easier to offer advice.

SLP is offering these wheels for the C3's with the correct offset and no need for spacers.

http://www.lmperformance.com/4129/7.html
SLP Wheels, Painted ''Hyper Black'' 17 x 8, ZR1 (set of 4).

An SLP exclusive, these 17 x 8" ZR-1-style wheels were specifically designed to fit 1982-1992 F-Bodies without spacers or other modifications. They're available in classic silver or Hyper Black and come complete with matching SLP center caps. See instructions for backspacing and other information.

NOTES: NOT compatible with SLP chrome or silver lugs. Use Lugnut Package (Part #82552). These wheels also fit 1973-1988 G-Bodies, 1966-1972 A-Bodies, 1968-1982 Corvettes

They had these wheels at Carlisle and they do look very nice. I thought they were a great option for the C3 at an attractive price...$625.95 a set. They're also available in chrome.

Good luck... GUSTO
