just a quick rant. seat belts were ordered and arrived 4 weeks later(shipping time from china). buckle with shoulder harness stud was upside down. called them and was told by "paul" that he would get back to me. no word for a few days, so i took the belts to a leather shop and they removed and resewed the buckle for $30. paul from adover called a week later. i told him what i had done and he assured me that i would receive a credit. well, you can guess the rest.
my recommendation-don't do business with andover-all for a lousy $30.

As I had indicated in our conversations and in an email your refund has been approved in the amount of $30.00. Accounting is waiting for a copy of the receipt to substantiate and justify the amount refunded and the amount you paid which for some reason you continue to refused to provide us with.
I have no reason to doubt you when you said you paid someone $30.00 but that is not the issue.
The issue is that we are requesting a copy of the receipt which is not unreasonable
and a standard business.
As I have stated to you before and will restate again as soon as the receipt is supplied the refund will be issued. You have our mailing address and fax number should you decide to provide it at a later date.
