Hello Everybody!
Something fun to do on January 1st, 2011. We know most of our Corvettes are clean, sitting in the garage and want to come out & play. So come to the 2nd Annual 1st Corvette Show of the Year and bring home the 1st Place award on the 1st. We will be at Johnny Carino's in Sherman (306 Hwy 82E) on Saturday, January 1st, 2011 for our tradition of food, fun & friends which now includes a Corvette Show. There will be no rain/snow date, because it wouldn't be on the 1st. There will be one 1st Place award and five runner ups. There will be a $5.00 entry fee to offset the cost of the awards and dash plaques. While we sit inside and enjoy some good food and the fireplace if it is chilly, the employees at Johnnny Carino's will choose the winners. Meet at 1pm at Johnny Carino's and please RSVP by Monday, December 27th.
All Corvette Clubs, Groups & Corvette owners are welcome !!!!

January 1st - 8am-12:00 Noon!
Open to all car enthusiasts. If you haven't attended an event yet, either to showcase your car or cycle or just as a spectator, please mark your calendars for SATURDAY, January 1st. It is a great event for anyone who loves the sights, sounds and smells of serious metal (or in some cases fiberglass) art that moves! Seriously bring the family and your camera.
There's always something new to see or do. Each month a charity is selected to receive proceeds from your coffee or beverage donations.
Celebrate the NEW YEAR with Classic BMW. Come listen to the hum and rumble of some of these exotic vehicles and bring joy to a child this holiday.
The show has moved to the first Saturday of each month. Both spectator parking and the car display is located on the Northwest side of Classic BMW's dealership. This show holds some of the finest automobiles you will ever lay your eyes on. Each month a local charity is selected and all coffee donations collected are presented to that organization.

Be sure to RSVP.. at least contact someone at C and C that can call ahead... Here are some easy directions .. If your north bound on Hwy 75 take the Hwy 82 exit, stay in the far left hand lane & take the u-turn under Hwy 75. Then you will go thru the Exxon parking lot & Johnny Carino's is just west of the Exxon (next door)

Had a great time Saturday.. Starting out at Cars and Coffee then breakfast to warm up... Then a photo shoot in Allen.. Then the run up 75 to Sherman TX. Had a great gathering with the Texoma Area Corvettes. Mark (TT Dad) made sure his brother showed off his freshly restored '81 ... All in all, 165 miles, 28-42 degrees, tops off... Great Vette day ...

HI All ! We are going to the Good Guys Car Show at TMS tomorrow ( Friday ). We are going to meet up at the Waffle House at 800 114 business in Roanoke. Thats close to 114 and 377. We are meeting up at 8am for breckfast. So if your off with nothing to do... Come join us. BTW it cost 18 bucks to get it.

Rosa's GTG 5th Anniversary Gathering ,DFW Mid-Cities

Wednesaday night May 11th... Join us for the 5th anniverary of the Rosa's GTG. We will be blocking the South Parking lot and hope to see all our old and new friends.
There are no strangers at ROSA's....only some strange folks but all pretty tame.
Everyone come on out & lets overflow that lot!

Last year we had over 50 Vettes... Almost any WED now we are closer to 30 so this anniversary should be GREAT !!!http://forums.corvetteforum.com/sout...ing-areas.html
