'69 Vert - back on the road

The car was pearl white when I bought it in 2008 - it needed paint and I decided to stay close to the original #986 Cortez silver. Its a modern Corvette silver metallic, I don't have the color # handy but its a fairly recent color.
The black "stripe" is where the wiper door grill goes. I was trouble shooting the door and removed the grill. Same with the wheels - undecided on which center caps to run.
Since I was having to paint, I figured the time was right to replace the stock sb hood with something that gave better intake clearance.
The engine was built locally by a well known race shop. Specs are;
Balanced reworked stock crank
Forged rods
Flat top pistons - 10.25-1 CR w/.045 quench
Edelbrock Performer 185 cc alum heads
Comp hyd roller .502/.510 @ 224in/230ex 110LSA
1.52 roller tip rockers
Edelbrock RPM air-gap intake
HP style 750 DP Holley
Hooker Comp Headers
MSD ignition w/6al box
She made 448 tq at 4600rpm and 444hp at 5700rpm on the engine dyno with no accessories and huge long tube dyno headers

If I would have known then that I was not going with p/b I would have speced a little more cam.
I love the TKO600RR - its a perfect match for the 15lb flywheel and 3;73 final ratio
Thanks again, Ed

We restored a 69 400hp convert identical to your car and i have missed it since it was finished and after 15years of having that one ,it still one of the favorites.... I let my wife look at a 69 color chart and low and behold she chose you guessed it to go on her 69 GP ...... much better than the aqua blue...
