3) what corvette sites are the best for getting other items, windshield wiper motor, master cyclinder
thanks in advance"

I had my original radiator "re-cored" several years ago with an aluminum core. So far so good and I do believe the cost was less than $200. Having your radiator re-cored may depend on how good the radiator services are in your area. The local guy around here is quite good so I let him re-core it. The cost of a replacement radiator may be dictated by how much money you'd like to spend. Those things are pricey!
I would get my master cylinder locally if I were you. As for the windshield wiper motor, I'm afraid I don't have a recommendation because I've never had to fool with mine. I'd try the local parts stores first. If I didn't have any luck there, then I'd try one of the contributing sponsors that advertise here. I get 99% of all my parts from Volunteer Vette Products.
Good luck.
Some of the vendors that consistently get good reviews from customers in posts here are:
Zip Products
Paragon Corvette Reproductions
Corvette Central
Willcox
Give them a try!
