Would be worth more with correct ignition system (w/shielding), AC and intact smog system. Curious that the block wasn't listed among numbers matching bits, so I'd inquire about documentation of what engine work has been done and why. Also, there's no pics of that "XTRA NICE" frame or any other chassis components. (It may have been a California car, but how long has it been in NY?) I'd also ask if there are any pics of that unsalvageable tank sticker. The emissions sticker almost certainly isn't original, and I'd deduct for the gold emblems. There's more, but one can't exactly judge it to NCRS standards from long distance.

FWIW, none of this means it isn't legit or that it's not worth whatever turns out to be the seller's reserve, but having seen "10-footers" that photograph far better than they appear in person I'd inspect or have it inspected before committing to a bid. My $.02

I wouldnt go any higher than $15K on that car assuming no frame or body issues. The CE motor is a big negative and the car needs a frame-off restoration. You will have way more into it than its worth in this market - trust me

After seeing the picture of the serial number plate, I would be worried about bird cage rust. Definitely needs a close inspection, or a buyer may end up with a HUGE project. If the frame and cage are clean, it would make a good candidate for a restored driver.

Hardly a survivor as they called it. It has turned the corner from survivor to total restoration candidate. Replacement block means the original engine didn't "survive".

It does have the extremely rare gold emblem package as designed by Bubba
