Ian...the worst part is going to be the seats. Not too difficult if you have tons of patience, but if it were my car, I'd take the seats apart, clean up the frames, respray them black, take new foam and covers to a pro and have them installed. Oh and make sure you get new chrome buttons, handles, levers, etc. while you're at it...just cleans things up and makes it look that much better/new. Everything else, you can do yourself.
