Not the same thing. Rookie stripes, where utilized, typically go on the rear.
Found a website that sells the Ron Fellows hash marks in any color you want (like 7t2vette has on his machine). Can't post the link but just do a google search for " C6 Ron Fellows 2 color stripes kit." That will get you there for those that are interested.
I have a set of those and was wondering how they would look. Did you have to trim at all? Looks like they go over the top just an inch or so - right?

Just to let anyone thinking of putting a set of Ron Fellows stripes on their C3, the ones made for a C6 will not fit properly. I first bought a set of them right from GM, and found they were too short to fit the C3 fender properly. I then did a little research, and found out who was making them for GM. I then contacted this company and asked them if they could make me a set a little longer, and they did.
Oh man I really really like the stripes, I have always wanted a set, but never had seen them on a C3.... I may possibly get a set...
Very nice all, thanks for the pics.
Looks good on Corvettes! Is it only me or do some of the rest of you think that Dodge must have seen the hash marks on Corvettes and is
now using them as their logo? They are even trying to promote their
SUV's as "racers"!!!!!
