T-Top Storage
how do you guys store your tops? Iv'e seen several bags & suitcases for sale. I don't want to buy a piece of junk, but would like to spend as little as possible. I plan to drive to the beach this summer and stay overnight, so I need to take the tops with me. I'm sure the wife wont mind holding the suitcase in her lap.

Pick up a set of t top bags (roof panel bags). They are well worth the price. Stack the tops in the rear compartment and pack your clothes in duffel bags - you can stuff them in tight places.

Yep, bags too.
I had my sister-in-law make me a set.
Heavy duty wheelchair seating fabric. ALOT heavier than the regular bags. velcro fasteners, no snaps....they can scratch bad.

I use the bags.. i also use a towel as to not get scratches from snaps. here are sets of bags for 30.00

I went to the fabric/quilting supply store and picked up several yards of fleece, Which I then sewed into bags that fit the tops. The fleece is soft enough that it will not scratch the tops.

I keep mine in the t-top bags and store them on top of each other in the rear compartment. They have been there for almost 2 years. I cant remember the last time they were on the cars.
