Look in from the top and you should see some black fuzzy bits against the inside edge of the glass. Tighten or replace as required. While you are looking in from the top wiggle the window and you can see if something lower is moving. Take off the door panel and tighten anything that is loose.

Agreed. Black fuzzy bits are important but there are many other points where looseness can occur. You need to open it up and carefully troubleshoot what you have. Make sure when you reassemble that the glass is in the vertical position and adjusted properly before putting the door panel back on (I get to take mine apart again...guess why...).
