Starting to replace my top and it looks like the frame needs a quick rattle can touch up. Some of it looks semi and some gloss. Suggestions on paint finish. Seems like GM used Semi flat on everything.
Rattle can should do. To tell you the truth I doubt I will ever raise the damn thing except to store it during the winter.

Yup. Rattle cans, or in quarts, and gallons. The rattle can paint is really good quality. I need to do my frame also. I have a new top, and so that project is on the short list.
wire wheel in a drill to take off the dirt & loose rust, then brush on One Step ("The Rust Killer"), let that dry for a day, then Eastwood Chassis Black. I use gloss but they sell satin. Not cheap but each rattle can goes a long way.
