You can check the wiper override under the steering column, but it should not work if the wiper door is closed. The override is used to stop the wipers on the windshield to allow for adjustments or blade changes. It is not supposed to power on the wipers.

Does anyone know why my wipers will still turn on without the limit switch for the wiper door not made up thanks
When you say not made up, do you mean it's not plugged in?
If it is plugged in have you checked the limit switch with a continuity tester to make sure the switch actually works? It may be that the switch is stuck in the closed position.
