Talk with some of the local Corvette people and get a recommendation in your area or post in the Northeast section. Good luck
Sadly, for liability reasons, some shop no longer allow civilians in the work area.

I "could" use a big place (like Firestone), the problem I found is; they put the alignment to factory spec's ONLY!
I will be using VB&P's recommended alignment spec's. In order to do that, you (usually) have to go to a local shop to get them to do a "custom" alignment.

The local shop I go to, has up to date equipment and two mechanics that are knowledgeable. I let them do a lot of work on the DD.
The first time I used them for a 4 wheel alignment on the 'vette, I was invited to observe. They did an excellent job, that stretched over 2 days as I did not have any 1/32" shims that the mechanic insisted I needed for proper rear wheel alignment.
Total job took over 5 hours and their charge was a little over their regular 4 wheel alignment rate. My cost was $126.00, total. Yes, they charge me "book" hours an the DDs ($80.00).
The mechanics, owner, and manager get Xmas presents, cigars, and some booze over the course of the year.
Everyone, from the owner on down, is a car/motorcycle guy!
