My 76 also now has two true duals with inline bullet cats through flowmasters. Mine came without any of the a.i.r. on it. If you don't want that little hose/plug the vendors like ZIP and Central Corvette, etc. sell plugs for the exhaust manifold...four to a side I believe.

Nice engine. I did see the a.i.r. bracket still there. good engine to work with.

Sweet! I love the wheels and tires, I don't believe they make that style of Eagle GT any longer.

The tires 'looked' nice, but they were the first thing I changed. Figured out that they are probably 17 yrs old! New BFG's all round.

I've got an 'interesting' handling problem that I need some help with.

When turning to the right, the car feels like it 'dives' into the turn at first and then doesn't want to turn without more input. When turning to the left, it is nice and even. It is most noticeable at highway speeds on sweeping curves.

It has persisted after replacing tires and overhauling the brakes. Alignment seems good.

Balljoints?

Congratulations on the Vette. I bought mine 2 years ago and it still doesnt look half as good as that one.

Enjoy, they are worth every penny.
