I'm looking for web based / PDFs of technical diagrams, specs, etc Where can I go to get that? Zip-corvette.com has some but I'm hoping for something more complete.
Good point skunkworks, but I am looking for a general - all purpose repository of information. For example: Im tearing into the steering mechanism. Zip-corvette has some, but not all assembly drawings.

One good source of information is on the screen right above this message. Click on the "Other" link in the red bar and there is a lot of good information.
You need the Assembly Instruction Manual (AIM) for your model year car and you need a copy of the Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual. Anything else is just duplication.
Dave, when you say web based, does that mean free ? If so I doubt there is any one place where you'll find everything. CF probably will have the most but you might have to some searching.

Re. my "duplication" comment. I have yet to find any reference books (regarding operation and assembly) having better information than the AIM and Chevy Service Manual. If you know of any, I'm listening....
The CD Aim is the way to go.. But we have a tone of items on the web site under the Repair and install help section. It is searchable by the year too..
