Quick easy way is to exchange yours with one of the vendors for rebuilt ready to go back in. If money is an issue search out the many articles and self help info available here and give it a spin. Can be done at home just get the right info and go for it!

Bushings are a pretty straightforward repair, invest in one of the vendor's tools to assist the process. I bought mine used on eBay and resold it after use... even made a buck or so on that deal. E-brake rebuilds are a do it yourself deal as well. Rear bearings require more special tooling and a bit more resources... if you've ever set up a ring and pinion, that should be within your capabilities if you invest in the tooling. If not I might recommend you use your hubs as cores and get rebuilt units.

With the right tools it can be done at home, but they HAVE to be done correctly. No guesswork. PITA, but you can save $$$ doing it yourself.

Let me rephrase quote....I need to replace the trailing arms. Installed trailing arm welds are shot. So my question is buying new parts...using what i can from this set-up. Is is beyond doing it at home. Bearing set-up tools and guide are no problem. Any suggestions on which Trailing arms to get...some claim to have bearings readily presssed in.

Willcox has trailing arms for CF members for $135. where did you see trailing arms with the bearing already pressed in?
