Spark plug wires?

Spark plug wires?

On my 75 I have the original set up with the wires going through the chrome cover to the distributor. I'm changing over to running the wires above near the valve covers. I'm wondering if anybody that has done this can tell me if a stock set of wires will fit this way or will I have to get a set that I cut to length. Thanks in advance.

Due to the original routing, stock wires ought to be plenty long -- too long in fact.

You might be better off tailoring your own.

For my '74, I bought a set that you cut to length.....a real bear getting the boots on....an little oil helps a lot....

Stock wires are WAY long......

What do you think about using a set for a 75 camaro. Should be ok I think as far as length.

I tried an org set over the top, and you will have a ton of extra wire left over.. you may want to do a custom cut set.. and like said a little oil or spit and you can get that boot on easy...
