Default rear shocks

I noticed my car will bottom out on these $&#@( Oklahoma roads. I am guessing the rear shocks are gone bad.

anyone here install and use rear air shocks? I would like to be able to adjust the ride now and then.

Default Ride Hieght ?

The bottoming out may be because the car is too low. When the rear spring sags a bit or the rubber cushons on the bolts that connect the spring to the trailing arms get old and collapsed the rear road clearance is diminished. If you have under car exhaust there isn't a lot of road clearance there to begin with .

Ok my fault, the car is not bottoming out and scrapping the ground, it feels like the shocks are bottoming out going down to a hard stop. the shocks don't bounce up and down forever like the shocks are bad.
