Default Needing help before buying a C3

Ok I've been looking at buying a c3 and was wanting to know what I should be looking for as far as problems with these vettes? I've had a c5 but I just love the body lines of the c3. So if you all can give me advice on what I should be looking for before I buy one that would be great!

See if you can find a copy. It might be out of print.

Do not make the mistake of comparing any C3 to your C5. You'll only be disappointed.

Hi o,
I believe one of the first things you need to understand and learn about is that there are vast differences in the appearance and performance of the 68-82 cars. Much more than occured during the C5 production run.
Learning about the cars will help you focus on particular years or groups of years.
It would be good to narrow down the year or years you're considering as you develop a budget and search for cars
Good Luck!
Regards,
Alan

Try and group the ones you like .
!. 68 to 72
2. 73 to 77
3. 78 to 79
4. 80 to 82
This is just an example .
73 kind of stands by itself .

Hi a,
Not only is the 68-72 group number "1", it gets an "exclamation point"!

You will love the comfort and the looks of the interior of the 80 to 82 along with the difference in the ride and handling.

LOL....I sure do not... BUT my wife sure does...well she likes the way my 79 and my brothers 80 "ride" better then she does my 72 or 76... I do not think she even notices the difference in the interior and she hates to drive any of them...she likes to relax behind the wheel of her minivan driving it at the limit (the speed limit or handling limit that is...However both are about the same as the speed limit anyway...
