Going to BG last minute. We would ike to find a nice room does any one have any suggestions. This is our first time going, can't wait.

In the past it was hard to get rooms at the last minute, but seems different this year. I just decided to go a couple of days ago and was able to book a room at the Holiday Inn Express in St Charles.

Just get online and see what is available. Could be that some that had reservations are canceling now.

Are you driving in, or flying? If driving, just do an Expedia search for any of the towns around the area. It's pretty easy to get in/out of St Charles. Probably makes sense to pick something up on the W. or S. part of town due to your proximity. There are a bunch of places in Elgin from the N.

Do you mean "nice", like no rodents, or nice like "NICE!"? 8 miles straight down Route 59 is the Hotel Arista in Naperville. Far and away the nicest hotel in the western suburbs, IMHO. You will pay $60 more per night than for one of the chains on North Ave near the event, but if you appreciate a nice hotel, it's money well spent.

I'll be there Friday and Saturday, I can't wait either!
