Default 73 with dashboard lighting problems

My 73 has no dashboard and driver's side floor lighting. Where can I find the fuse panel? I just got the car as a Father's Day gift from my kids. I owned a 66 and a 77 years ago, so I'm just getting back into the Vette world. Would appreciate any help.

Located under the dash above the clutch pedal on the firewall.

Yup, look under dash, left side of firewall. Should be obvious when you scrunch down to look.

Congrats, Dad. Order an owner's manual for your new-for-you '73.

I own a 73 coupe (and 68 vert) and have the owners manual and AIM if you need assistance identifying anything until you order yours.

You can order from any of the vendor/sponsor sites. For $10 you can get a new reprint of an owners manual and I think under $20 you can buy an assembly manual (AIM). Corvette America, Zip, Corvette Central, Ecklers, etc has them.

Congrats on the car and the kids! If you have electrical problems get used to standing on your head!

Driver side door light is a different circuit than the dash lights. If the passenger side floor light works you may just need a bulb. Dash light fuse is a short one in the middle of the fuse block at the bottom.

One thing that you might try before bending yourself into a pretzel to get to the fuses is twisting the headlight **** left and right. That is waht controls the gauge bulb brightness. Do it in a poorly lighted area because even in the best conditions the dash lights are not very bright.
