Who wouldn't want the wind in their hair with the tops off????? You have to have all that wind noise so that you NEED to crank up the volume when ZZ-Top is jammin'...
I had one on the '78 I owned...it worked well. I'm 6'3" and the top of my head would be above the roof level with the T-tops out and the Windjammer let me wear a ball cap while driving without it being pulled off into the wind.

Same here.
Works great. Also cuts down on the wind noise.
I wouldn't sell mine.

It's part of the corvette experience.....plus I'm not a fan of the way it looks.
Forum member Paul 74 has one or something similar but it's on a convertible.

Yes I have a Windjammer. Its effect is not really noticeable in the city but on the highway it is a real blessing in keeping down wind turbulence. It comes off in two minutes via Allen screws if the top has to go up or the t-tops go on.
