Headlight issues?
So on my 82 the headlights won't come up unless I get under and press the driver's side headlight up to get it going. Then the driver's side and passenger's side headlights will go up. When I turn them off they will go down. Am I probably just looking at a vaccum leak? If so what is the best advice of locating it and sealing it?

test each headlight vacuum actuator seperately, find a good vacuum source and verify each actuator works properly. if they do you have a leak, or a bad vacuum relay valve.
