The first 2 #s represent the county. The link below gives more detail. I am in Palm Beach County which is #6 but couldn't find a 1969 from Palm Beach County. They let you register these plates today as long as they are from the same year as the car and the state doesn't care about the county codes anymore. They also need to be in really good condition with no significant wear in order to register. I kind of like the 32D for some reason ;-)

Linolium. Was there when I bought the house and love it - only problem is the white tiles are a pain in the _ss. I gave up trying to keep them clean. I would look into something that is easier to keep clean.
