Those stands by the cars are nice too . Does anyone know where to get some ?
I'd be surprised to learn that the information stands could be purchased; I'd guess they are fabricated by a staffer for this collector (unless he's also talented in that line of work). What a beautiful showroom full of desirable cars! Notice that they are all convertibles too?
Guys who own collections like this are usually past actual wrenching; more like arriving to the airport on their way to the islands or some such place.
Gawking at those rows of Corvettes gives me that Chris Matthews tingle going up my leg... but for much more sincere reasons. Ha!

WOW, that is some show room. Like all the old signs he has all over the place.
MUST BE NICE....... wonder if he drives them? Be a shame if he does not.

Sad part is, those cars probably never see a road.
Many of these show type cars just go from collection to Mucum to collection to Mecum and so on.
Many of them are not even roadworthy.
That's a good point. I have a restoration in progress and wonder how I will feel getting the road on my car. I look forward to that day of the first drive, but hat the thought of the rock chips and road grimes. Oh well! It will still outlast me won't it.

I recently toured the outstanding Albaugh collection of every Chevrolet Convertible built between 1913 through 1975. However, there was more! Not only has Dennis Albaugh put together an extremely impressive collection of Chevy convertibles he also has some very rare sedans and hardtops. This includes Yenkos, Australian Holdans and some one offs.
Wow, impressive.

However, one time a year the Albaugh Classic car show is held on site and the public is welcome to tour the collection on that day and that day only. If you want to find out more please visit the Albaugh Classic web site.
Remember envy is one of the seven deadly sins! On a side note, when I win the lottery, my collection will smoke his. All kidding aside, it is cool to see someone who seriously enjoys Corvettes. I'm sure He has the resources to fill that showroom with European stuff. Ask yourself, what would you buy for your collection if you had unlimited funds?
