Hi j,
It's easy!
Up-load your pictures to a site like PhotoBucket.
Then copy the 'IMG' code under the picture you want and paste in the body of your post or after it.
It'll look something like this;
http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc302//005-Copy.jpg[/IMG]
I screwed this code up so you see the code and not the picture.
