Ron Fellows Edition C3
I came across a thread yesterday where someone posted a picture of a beautiful C3 that was painted to look like the Ron Fellows special edition vette. He had what appeared to be the zo6 black rims with a red lip. can anyone help me find the person who posted this?

I believe that was a photoshop from a couple of years back. The car that was used was from a for sale thread and was picked because it was the right color. It did look good though. Post a link to the thread if you can.

sure fooled me! i doubt it was a fake, unless i just glossed over the picture. after all, i was looking at it on my phone. I wish i had the link still so i could further investigate. if anyone comes across it i would love to look at it again. im looking to contact the member because i had some questions about his rims.

That's the one I was thinking of and yes that is a photoshop. The wheels in that picture are HREs I believe. That's a 5-6K worth of wheels.
You can do something that looks very close in a quality billet wheel for around 1/2 of that. Check out Jason Rushforth Night Train Wheels.

I like that white 69.
I was considering painting my 72 white this fall when I strip it back down and put the flared fenders on it. My other ideas are a vintage red, white, & blue paint scheme or maybe painting it like the current Corvette factory race cars.
