You can try drilling a [correctly sized] hole in each trunion and tapping for a small screw. Then put some blue Loctite on the screws when you mount it back. Should hold OK. For drill & tap sizes, 'Google' "SAE threads drill tap sizes". There are lots of charts on-line to find what you need. Put in the largest screw you can, but keep at least 1/16" of material on the outside of the new screw hole for good retention. Tighten gently...DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN...the Loctite will hold the screw in place.
Depending on the screw head size and the mounting hole size, you may want to put a small washer under the screw head for better retention.
