My new purchase just went around the block after being stored in a garage for 10 years by the previous owner. It makes some noises that need to be looked at but overall not to bad.

Thats a very fun and also nervewracking time. I just did the "first time around the block" thing in my 82 and it had been sitting for 7 years. Your paint sure looks better than mine lol
Nice looking car, Those first runs can be a little exciting. All the scenes kick in and you hear everything, smell everything and was that smoke I saw?
All original drivetrain. I know it isn't a bumper car but it was what I could afford and I like it. I had to replace all of the calipers. They were all new when he parked it but had froze up and were leaking. The rear is making some noise so that scares me. He did give me a 69 vette one that he said is in good shape. I will have to have the original looked at to see if it can be saved. The radiator leaks so I will have to address that too. The paint is deceiving in the picture but it is good enough for now. The front bumper cover is gone but the back is new. The birdcage and frame are in good condition as is the interior and some of the suspension parts are new. $6,700.00 I guess not to bad. It will make for a nice winter project.
I have two rescued greyhound girls of 55 and 61 #'s so with their claws, leather and their size plus not being able to both steer, shift the four speed and hold onto two leads to keep them from jumping out if something interesting comes along I guess mine will never get inside my Vette.
She climbs in but we don't go anywhere. She gets car sick.
Is she an English Springer Spaniel? When I was at home and a kid we had a bitch we hunted pheasants behind that we raised puppies with. She always had ten puppies at a time so we all got involved feeding them. Great dogs. "Fina" was her name and she was much loved.
Is it a '76 or a '74? Your avatar states '76, however the rear bumper looks like a two-piece bumper, like the '74's had. Maybe it's just the pic? If not, perhaps the bumper was changed out to a '74 for some reason??
