My Garage modification

Last fall, I finally bit the bullet and with the help of my good friend, Mark (who happens to own a custom cabinet shop) I drew up a cabinet design and paid for the material. Since I was deep into the suspension rebuild on my 72, I could not get started on the garage.
In April of this year, Mark and I finally painted the garage, and put down the floor tile. It looked amazing! I didn't park a car in it the whole month of May.
While Mark and I were on the Hot Rod Power Tour, his sons installed the cabinets and finished out the trim.
Here it is when I moved in:

Here it is finished:

When the Hot Rod Power Tour passed through Montgomery, AL, I invited everyone I knew over to the house for a party. Marks wife and a couple other friends hosted the party. It was awesome!

The front yard was a parking lot of hotrods and Corvettes:

It's not finished. I still need t oput up some posters, wall art, and all my trophies.

You may have had to wait a while but the garage looks wonderful to work in. Nice turnout for the party too; good looking iron and fiberglass to decorate the yard with.
