Looks like he has some fine fabrication skills to me if in fact he designed and built the machine he is riding.
I doubt that many here would be able to do what he did.

I ride so I know but otherwise it does look kind of foolish on that tractor. The bell is actually supposed to bring good luck to a bike (not sure about a tractor) and is better when it is a gift - its called a gremlin bell. It is mounted on the bottom side of the bike's frame and is supposed to help keep the the rubber down and the sunny side up.

This is a case of "mistaken identity". The man in this photo cannot be 'Bubba' !

There is not one inkling of Duct Tape, or Zip-ties, or Bubble-gum, or silicone sealer to be found on that machine. And, to boot, that machine appears to actually work.

Conclusion: Not Bubba....
