I ride so I know but otherwise it does look kind of foolish on that tractor. The bell is actually supposed to bring good luck to a bike (not sure about a tractor) and is better when it is a gift - its called a gremlin bell. It is mounted on the bottom side of the bike's frame and is supposed to help keep the the rubber down and the sunny side up.

There is not one inkling of Duct Tape, or Zip-ties, or Bubble-gum, or silicone sealer to be found on that machine. And, to boot, that machine appears to actually work.
Conclusion: Not Bubba....
