He painted in between the spokes - not the face of the wheels as thats a polished finish.

Looks alot better!!! I did the same thing to my wifes aluminum weels. But first I had to grind, sand and polish the drive through curb rash off the wheel lip edges

I like it. How did you get the paint to adhere? The "before" was a super smooth surface. Did you have to scuff it? Did you use primer?

The parts I painted were rough not smooth, used steel wool and wire wheel to clean them before painting. I need to buy black lug nuts cause I painted the lug nuts too but I know the paint wont stick to the chrome for too long.
