Doesn't look half bad from the pix. Pricing seems a bit low to be honest. I would make it a point to see it in person to find out if A) there is something REALLY wrong with it. B) just a scam or C) an owner hurting to raise cash. /:\

Looks reasonable - except the rear spoiler. '77s didn't have a spoiler rear, so someone replaced the rear tail light surround...

I bought a '77 new - loved it...

this car appears to be a hoge poge of different upgrades that might be woth a look at such a low price.if your like me you get a kinda feeling when you check cars out.are you good at electrical issues?with this car you may be in for a lot of in and under the dash work.are you up for that?if nothing else i would check it out to hone the weed out skills.good luck on whatever you decide to do.btw that radio......

One time I bought a used car to fix & sell w/ a lot of electrical problems- replaced fuses & bulbs to fix. Another time a Lincoln Cont. conv. said to have over 25 miles of wiring. Top goes into trunk & even has a motor to attach top to windshield frame. It had a rack of relays. I fixed all the el. problems w/ spray contact cleaner in 1/2 hour.

The Corvette 77 electrical system is very reliable. Sounds like it needs someone who knows what he is doing, fuses & bulbs mainly. The dash is really not bad on these cars.

Take a ride, take a look. If the owner is unwilling to allow on-site inspections look elsewhere. This car sounds like it might have been started with good intentions, but the owner realises now he's in over his head and made it pretty enough to list as cheaply as possible... that's almost never a good thing on personal inspection.

Id say 'you get what you pay for", it looks bubbaed up but nothing an afternoon couldn't fix with a few trips to Autozone, if you know what your doing.
Hate the rear spoiler on anything. and the interior color replacing anything would have to be dyed.
