under the hood

looking to dress up under the hood with new paint and a head liner. anyone got pics of some ideas?

1975 Corvette . Got the underhood all sanded down and ready for paint. I have a red vette and don't know if I should go all black or red on the edge and a new hoodliner I found on ebay. just trying to see if there are other options

hood liners

yeah, I've seen those. guy named Gonzo in Michigan makes them. I'm seriously thinking of getting one. What do you have in the area of the vent on the hood. I've seen decals"Corvette" in that area but I've just got the vent there.

I don't have a vent there. Gonzo will make them how ever you want and I am pretty sure he will make what ever decal you want. Easy to apply (I did it with the hood off) and it looks good I think.

It looks a lot better than stock I think. I've been thinking of doing it two different ways. One is to paint the under hood all black like your pic or red with the black hood liner (red Flag decal) I have a red corvette actually either way would look good. Would post some pics but just figured out you have to have the upgraded membership. poop! well, maybe down the road a bit. Thanks for the pic
