Help: Vin Decode C3 1969

Help: Vin Decode C3 1969
Hi:
Im watching a C3 1969 but i have a issue, the VIN number is Strange, is not the normal numbers and letters.
The Vin Number is "EBA 70 69 B" Someone can help me in decode this mistery?

not a standard vin#, you will have to give us much nore information, what is on the title, what is on the windshield pillar, what is stamped on the engine pad, what is stamped on the transmission, what is stamped on the frame?
if that is the true vin# then do not pay any more than a greatly reduced price for the car.

Thanks! I know, my C6 is a European Version and the VIN have the same struture. I will request a licence copy to check the information and i will update it here.

I believe that Chevrolet is actually building cars for export now with various changes to meet European requirements.
The 69 was built only 1 way and it certainly looks like from your photo that a Euro plate has been put over the original vin plate.
Maybe a 2 Corvette owner in Lisbon.... NICE!

Corvettes have always been built with export in mind, including those built to Canadian specifications. Here's a website showing early versions imported to Europe and the changes to lighting in particular to meet the regulations of the particular country.

A friend of mine owns a '56 that spent part of it's early life in France prior to being brought back to the US in the early 60s when he bought it.
One thing that didn't change was the VIN numbers as mentioned above, frequently the GM division in the country of import added a secondary plate somewhere near the trim tag.

This 69 is in Spain, and im really interess on that. I will request a registry copy and i will update the information.
