Default Trailing arm bushing install question.

How much flare do I need to put on the sleeve, (tube) to correctly hold the bushing in? I can't imagine it needs to be the same as the flare on the factory end. Any insight would be appreciated.

I just finished doing a set yesterday. The tool I made was from 3/4" stock which made my flare just over 3/4" outside measurement. If you look at the size of the hole in the washer that fits over the end of the tube you'll see that you will need quite a bit of flare just to get past that hole. I also made a tool to compress the rubber and inner portion of the bushing in order to get the washer on the tube properly.

I'll post some pics of the tools I made tomorrow if that helps.
